Burma Burma’s journey over the past decade has been of passion, exploration, and authenticity. And this anniversary
is not just a milestone but a celebration of the countless journeys made to Burma, the bonds forged with local communities, and the discovery of hidden culinary gems.

The Ten Year Trail is a distinctive reflection of these experiences—an intricate blend of tradition and innovation.
Each dish tells a story of its origin, significance and the journey of its discovery.
Each region we visited, each recipe we uncovered, has woven together to create a limited edition travelogue(menu)
which is a ten-fold tribute to the diverse and unmapped flavours we discovered along the way, looking inward into the
soul of Burma through its regional delicacies.
THE CHALLENGE


The Challenge
1. The new limited edition menu is inspired by a decade long of travels across Burma, traversing different regions,
tribes and locales with each dish representing a different aspect of the key regions
2. This menu focuses on diving deeper into the Burmese culinary landscape and introduces guests to lesser-known Burmese recipes, techniques and ingredients.
3. The menu is meticulously crafted to cover a range of home-style recipes, tribal cooking, street inspired fare
and culturally integral dishes to truly embody the essence
of Burma and Burmese flavours
